What is the acceptable Notice period after resignation in UAE?
I need some information about resign and notice period.
first of all my contract is Unlimited. i have submitted my resignation mentioning 30 days notice period by email to my company.
my employer is asking in your job contract for the termination of contract you need to give 3 month notice. but as per UAE labour law the notice period is 1 month. so which one will work in my case? one month or 3 months?
second thing is i have joined the company on 2nd may, 2014 my basic salary is 2200 AED so how much gratuity i will get? also will they provide me the leave salary for this year?
