Can a baby sitter resign after 6 months without completing her 2 years contract
I have a friend who’s a baby sitter here in UAE she wants to quit her job as a baby sitter she’s going to 6months now. She wants to quit because the attitude of her employer can she transfer to another work here in UAE if she will not finish her 2years contract? Can she avoid labor ban?
Is there still a labor ban when she leaves after 6month without completing her 2years contract?
That is a domestic Visa, there won’t be any ban. If she came with a labour recruitment company let her ask her boss to return her to the office.
Of course, the sponsor will not be happy because she has spent a lot on recruitment and a visa processing but if she is returned to office, they will find her another sponsor who will pay and the agency will pay back the current sponsor.
For her Visa, the only person who can decide to put a ban is her employer. so she has to handle the situation very well and politely.
