Can I change a company before completing probation period?
I want to know labor laws applicability in my case which is as follows:
Profession: General Dietician
Industry working: Healthcare (Hospital)
Probation period: Not completed
Query: I got an offer from another healthcare provider (hospital). I want to switch to new offer. What is the labour laws applicability in this situation?
You need to complete your probation to avoid complications.
Furthermore, after probation period, if your contract is limited period then you need to pay 45 days salary for early termination of your contract.
In case your contract is unlimited then you can serve 1 month notice to vacate your job and get cancellation
