Do i have to pay Visa process Fees if i resign before finishing contract
I recently joined a company in May 2017 as a senior production manager…But after joining the things become unfavorable, we have to do labour works along with official works, no duty timings and even no weekly off.
The company CEO used to deduct our salary as unfavorable penalties which were not mentioned in the contract at all & also he used abusive language with us.
We also write a mail to company management for these penalties and behavior but there is no response from management.
The company also forced us to do all other works besides our profile like purchasing, r&d & maintenance etc and at the same time, the company wants results of all.
In my contract, there is a clause that if I resign within 2 yrs if contract then I will have to pay a sum 6500 dirhams as a visa processing fees to the company.
So please help me and suggest me that how will I get cop up with these type of circumstances.
If they are not following UAE labour law you can proceed with complaint and change job. Don’t resign no need to pay 6500
