I will end contract as sales in a limited contract this march 14, I’ve got my salary this month march 3rd and waiting for my cancellation to approved but my employer only informed me they will not give me one month salary or gratuity when finished contract with them because¬†said I didn’t renew my contract with them, only if renew then can get my annual leave and gratuity? What shall I do?
What shall I do? Do I need to sign up my cancellation if they will insist that?

You are eligible for your gratuity and final month salary, hope you have served them non-renewal notice or submitted resignation letter. If the company still doesn’t pay your benefits you can complaint in labour.
