WordPress Site redirecting-to wp admin install php ( SOME ONE HELP ME PLEASE )

For the last 3 months, my WordPress site has been working well however for the last 2-3 weeks things have gone bad, really bad and the frustration is killing me.

I have really put day and nights on this website but ever since i reached 500 unique visitors per day the site keeps redirecting to wp-admin install php error ( Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/install.php on this server.)

I reported the issue to my host ” ipage”. the agent told me i reached 750,000 query limit, he made me pay $36 to upgrade to 150,000 query limit but the situation has become worse. now my site is on like for 30 minutes and off for a 1hour.
I have also tried to monitor my google analytics live traffic however every time my site gets 10 live traffic it redirects to the same error.

Ipage is not helping, all they do is ask for money to upgrade my hosting. now their agent just told me to check with my WordPress theme developer
Check ipage support email below.
Hello Yasin,

Unfortunately, its not possible for us to fix the issue. If the website gets only 500 visitors per day, then it seems that, the script(s) related to your website’s plugins/theme/widgets are not closing the MySQL connection after accessing the database and thus causing the query limit to exceed. Unfortunately, we can’t say which exact script(s) is/are causing the issue. Please contact your website developer and have them make sure that the script(s) of your website’s plugins/themes/widgets close the MySQL connection properly and are optimized so that they don’t cause the query limits to be exceeded. It is also possible that, your website’s pages/posts are getting frequent hits from a specific IP address through brute force tools or manually or from other websites. You can check raw logs available in the /stats directory or check the Visitor Statistics for such possibilities and use security plugins to block traffic from unwanted IPs. Please contact your website developer or online forums for more information regarding these kind of plugins.

1- I suggest you to check your wp-config.php file to see that the database settings are correct and also that the $table_prefix setting matches the table prefixes in your database.
2-  Do repair in MySQL Databases and it will fix your problem

I had the same problem on my site but that’s all i did. “fixed my database”

I can understand the way you feel. went through the same issue.
Try a caching plugin. That should help limit the number of queries BUT i strongly recommend you to switch to a different host, Look for a host that has no query limits.
I transferred from Ipage to Inmotions business pro plan and the problem got solved.
Good luck

Hi Ismail. I had the same  problem on very site. i tried everything. i can tell you. exact issue that you facing now. every time the site reached 10 live traffic it would go off show
Error 403 – Forbidden
“You don’t have permission to access the requested resource. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.”
If you contacted your developer and said there is no issue. the SOLUTION: before You pay anyone for help. CHANGE YOUR HOST. ipage is the reason you facing this problem.
Let me know after you change the host and the issue still there.
