I am working in Abu Dhabi as an unlimited contract. My company is delaying my salary more than 4 months. My visa is going to expire by April 6th . I informed my company that I don’t want to renew and sent a letter for that. My last working day shall be on April 6th. Usually my company not providing salaries and settlement to other colleagues. So I am planning to give a compliant to labour court on my last working day.
So if u can clarify for some of my questions. It would be so grateful

1) if I am having a labour case against my company and my visa expired also, can I stay in UAE?

2) what to do when my medical insurAnce expired, 3)when I stay here after

3)when I stay here after expiry of visa, is it possible to exit uae if there is any major emergency in my home country and can I come bak and continue my case?

2) shall I get any temporary work permit? If yes, when I get it.

Thank you so much

Yes you can stay in the country after visa expiration bt liable for a fine for overstay, once your case is completed ask the court to give a letter for immigration to waive the fine.

After visa expiration, you cannot travel unless you have a exit pass or cancellation but won’t be allowed to enter UAE on expired visa.
Temporary work permits are given to candidates with valid visa only
