Why Philippines Immigration blocks Filipino Travelling To UAE?
Please I need some help about immigration problem here in Philippines.
I have been offloaded once while trying to come to UAE on Visit Visa but now i want to apply again visit visa but the travel agent told me that I’m blocked here in the Philippines.
Please I need some advice and what to do?
You are blocked from visit visa? Then obviously you have an Immigration ban in UAE. You’ve been in UAE before?
Offload dear Lizly is like a person holding a visit visa then upon immigration formalities in the home country found some complaints or whatsoever you will not be able to travel
Visit visa is strictly not allowed in Philippines immigration. very strict unless your sponsor is your first degree relative or family. Maybe immigration ask about your purpose to visit or find job in uae.
Its not posible if imigration already block ure pasport in the system. Even you use tourist visa the first place they know your purpose its allredy happen maybe you put your self in danger
I was offloaded 5x at the Philippine Airport and 1x at Clark Airport. All you need to do is to comply all the Documents needed by the Immigration.
God bless.Honestly The Law in our Countryregarding deployment abroad was too horrible.
There’s no BLOCKED …even how many times you’re offloaded…as long as you submitted all the Certified Documents needed by the Immigration, they will allow you to fly out….the worst scenario is sometimes..Immigration Officer they DO ON PURPOSE to offload traveler ….but i never read or known that there is BLOCKED when you are offloaded many times…some people i know that 12 x offloaded…but still have the chance to fly out…Thank God ,,,I was offloaded 6 x but now I’ m here in Dubai….
Liza Duron in case you don’t have 1st degree relatives to sponsor you…Don’t attemp to fly out Dubai as Visit visa..we need to follow the Rules about sponsoring and what all documents needed by the immigration..Don’t waste your money, effort and time..sayang lang…if you can make it legalize..you can count POEA to help you and your sponsor to get you out Manila as a direct hire…as long as you have Sponsor and they give you Working permit..and you will freely enter UAE …make it in a proper and Legalize everything…and you will have no Problem to fly out..Goodluck and God bless…
as a Filipino we’re really sad of this issues “offload ” even passengers who have complete documents still getting same, I know guys you can’t do anything into this, only our government is concern in this matter, people trying to look for something that will change their lives but see what happened, so many Filipinos facing same situation, spending money getting offload only.
There are some instances that people gets a visa. We have one employee who hired from the Philippines she was offloaded too due to some missing documents. After that, all necessary documents were provided she was able to fly to UAE. When she approached the immigration officer she was hold. A security escorted her to a room where she needs to wait, only then we have found out that she has lifetime ban in UAE. Perhaps your case is different you really need to check it in the immigration department for this reason. Being blocked means you cannot leave the country. All you can do is to check and find out the reason why.
There is NO issue here in UAE for her. Problem are the documents. Visit visa will also not be issued if there is no proof of sponsorship. As many leave for the UAE on visit visa many Filipina fall into hands of human trafficking, because since June 2014 maids/domestic workers are not allowed to go to the UAE. So they transfer the visit visa into Sponsor or Company visa to work as maid/domestic worker. This is a “grey” circuit and many scrupulous recruiters use this method. Strange that no one here is aware of this
Some Visit visa holders from Philippines getting out sometimes just by luck, immigration people aware of it that the they’ll look job over here in uae, just money matter will be involved,, but if you don’t have single penny you just be sorry for it, take your luggage and go back home.
There is one incident that the a person was on hold then the officer is asking him to give Php 35,000.00 in order for him to travel.
Lorie Peralta You referring to UAE Immigration as being corrupt? Was that related to Afghanistan? But why you are talking in pesos? They were Filipino\’s?
Sorry Mr Hans borst if my words is not clear to you, how can I throw such a word in this place which is bread and butter for my family, I’m referring about our Philippine immigration, I don’t see any corruption here in UAE, sir I’m here for 23 years, and I consider this place as my second home, yes those people going to Afghanistan are Filipinos. As you can see our government is much of corruption, what I’m implying to is how we can stop this, our country is getting lots of benefits from us as OFW, but why we suffering this much?you might think that I’m not a loyal Filipino but this is the reality. Of course there’s no place like home, still I love my home country.
And one more thing Liza..if you offloaded to Terminal 1, 2,3 or at Clark Airport..for example you offloaded to Terminal 1 and they give you a small letter written all the requirements you need to comply with them..don’t attempt to fly out to another Airport..you will getting offloaded again..you know why? All your details links on your Passport Details..even you renew your passport it will appear to their system..don’t waste your money to rebooking or buying ticket again..just do their ask you to do and complete all the documents they ask you and there’s no reason to them to offloadedypu again…I learned from my Experience that’s why i have to tell you and giving you my advice..I spend 700 thousand pesos just to get out Manila and as i said earlier I have been offladed many times…That’s the reality of life…
