I would like to know my boss in Dubai wants to cancel me after only working for three months on limited contract.
Will I have a ban?
Is it possible for me to find another Job in Dubai?

Upon termination of limited contract without any major reason, employer must pay you 45 days salary . Regarding ban, you can request to MOL to avoid it , if you complain on early termination against employer.

What if an employer wants to terminate the contract early?

Under the UAE Labour Law an employee is entitled to “early termination compensation” of a minimum three months’ remuneration, including salary and allowances, (or the remainder of the term of the contract if the period remaining is less than three months ), if an employer seeks to terminate the contract prior to the end of the limited term.

The employee may not have to face an employment ban if he has a good reason to that effect or where the reason for termination of contract may well be attributed to the employer.

If I am not mistaken the three months payment of salary to the employee is applicable only if not under probation.
