IF I GO FOR VACATION AND I RETURN AFTER TO WORK ANNUAL LEAVE
EMPLOYEE DOESNT RETURN AFTER ANNUAL LEAVE
If I go for vacation and i don’t come back for work after my leave, My visa still valid and contract not yet finished. What kind of grounds do i violate? my employer banned me. if ever banned
Can employer ban me from working and entering in UAE again?
How do we know if they file this case with us?absconding case only in uae you cant enter
First thing employer has a right to put a absconding case on employee If he went for vacations and not come back after vacations end
During approved leave employer cannot terminate you not he can put a case he has to wait for you leaves end thereafter he has a right to put banned or absconding on you.

You will be a banned and you cannot enter UAE
Put resign and do officials things serve notice period and you can easily leave the company and can enter UAE also whenever you want.
Absconding case is NOT possible when outside UAE. After 6 months residence visa become invalid and then employer can cancel residence visa. Upon request employer employee receives a 1 yr Immigration ban which is only valid in the UAE.
