UAE employee does not return after going on holiday, Will i get a ban?
I had first worked for a company in Dubai under unlimited contract for 4-5 months, then i have switched the job to other company which was under limited contract, and i have completed my probation period, the company initially offered me a different salary, later they reduced the salary and they asked me to sign on a normal paper, i was in need of money so i have signed on that paper, and currently i came back to Philippines on some personal purpose for leave.. as they have reduced my salary its very less, can i make a Labour case on them.
Or if i don’t go back to Dubai, will there be any ban.

As my salary in the old company was more than that they have currently offered me.
Complaining in the labour office will not help you… better you come back submit resignation by giving reason as you mentioned in you question and try to find another secure job.
Then they will ask me to pay for 45 days salary, and i think the co. Will not even provide the ticket back to home country
